Grilled Chicken, Avocado, and Fruit Salad - 5/30/19, 1:12 PM
Sophia and I tried to be healthy in order to balance out our bubble tea addiction. We made a chicken, avocado, and fruit salad following some recipe we found on pinterest. Honestly, the only part of the recipe we followed was adding chicken, avocado, and lettuce. We added the fruit on our own since there was an ABUNDANCE of fruit in her fridge. I cooked the chicken with all kinds of spices I found in her cupboard. I remember using garlic powder, rosemary, salt, italian seasoning?, black pepper, olive oil, and I think there was more haha. Sophia cut up the lettuce, cucumber, and fruit and made the bowl all pretty.
Pork Masala Pasta - 5/28/19, 8:44 PM

Tim and I cooked masala pasta with pork. He bought Garam Masala powder from Walmart and we added it along with a bunch of other spices. I cooked the pork with garlic and jalapenos to add flavor. At the same time, Tim put the pasta in the pot of boiling water. We then took the meat out and cooked the squash and eggplant with the spices since they take a while. After that cooked for a little, we added the rest of the vegetables. Next, we added back the meat and cooked for a little longer. At last, we added the pasta and cooked everything together. Also I unfortunately didn't get a good picture of the finished food. It's hard to remember to document in the moment haha.
